We're two licensed real estate brokers — and a couple. Fadi is an engineer by training, after close to twenty years in aviation and aerospace. Marina holds a bachelor's in administration and a bachelor's in education from Concordia University.
It shows in how we work. A valuation here isn't an opinion — it's verified comparables, real neighbourhood data, and a price you can defend in negotiation. And because Marina taught, nothing gets presented to you as obvious: the inspection, the promise to purchase, the financing conditions — it all gets explained until it's clear.
We work with buyers and sellers, residential and commercial, from condos to plexes, across the South Shore and Montreal. We also work in French, Arabic and Russian.
Your file never gets handed to an assistant. You deal with one of us, from the first meeting through to signing at the notary.
The large majority of our clients come to us by referral. That's the measure that matters most to us.
