Compare the homes you fell for, side by side.

Three homes, one table. You enter the price, the type and the city; we add what the listing leaves out: the true monthly cost, the cash you bring to the notary, each city’s welcome tax, what an inspector looks at in a house of that age, and how fast the market moves according to Centris.

Estimates, not a selling price: every number shows its assumptions, and the table never ranks the homes. Choosing the right one and negotiating it is Fadi and Marina’s job.

Your assumptions

The same for all three homes. Change them and the table recalculates.

Common questions

Where do the numbers come from?

From you first: the price, taxes and fees you enter, with your down payment, rate and amortization. We add each city’s 2026 welcome tax brackets, CMHC’s 2026 insurance schedule, Centris’s public statistics for the market pace, and a heating estimate by type and age. Every source is listed at the bottom of the page.

Does the table tell me what a house is worth?

No. It adds up your numbers and shows its assumptions, without ranking the homes. To know whether an asking price is fair, you need the real sales around the property, data reserved to brokers: that is what we pull for you in the full picture.

Who pays the buyer’s broker?

In the great majority of residential sales in Québec, the brokers’ remuneration is set in the seller’s contract and shared with the buyer’s broker. We explain the terms before you sign any buyer brokerage contract.

Do you keep my comparison?

No. It lives in the page address, in your browser: copy the address to come back to it or to send it to someone. Nothing reaches us until you ask for the full picture.
