A married team of South Shore brokers. An engineer and a teacher by training, who handle your file themselves, from the first call to the notary.
We are Fadi and Marina, real estate brokers, husband and wife, and parents of two boys. We live on the South Shore: the streets this site talks about are where we are raising our family and where our neighbours sell their homes.
Before real estate, Fadi spent about twenty years as an engineer in aviation and aerospace. Marina studied business and education at Concordia, and she taught. We kept two habits from those years: check the numbers before giving a price, and explain each step until it is clear.
When you trust us with your plans, your file is never handed to an assistant. You talk to one of us, and both of us know your file. Most of our clients come to us through someone we have already helped. That is the kind of trust we want to earn with you.

Marina holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in education from Concordia University. She has taught, and it shows: inspection, promise to purchase, financing conditions, she goes over each point until it is clear.
She mostly works with families selling or buying their home, in the language they are most comfortable in.
