Fadi Hassoun, real estate broker, is responsible for protecting the personal information collected on this site.

The information we collect

Only what you give us in our forms, plus a little technical data:

• your name, email address and phone number;
• your preferred language, your situation and your timeline;
• for a market analysis: the property’s address and city; for a purchase: the area you want;
• the message you choose to write;
• the date of your consent and the version of the consent text shown;
• a scrambled fingerprint of your IP address, which can’t be turned back into the address, used only to block abusive submissions.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare your market analysis or buying plan, and contact you about it, in the language you chose. We do not sell or rent it, and we do not use it for other purposes without your consent.

Cookies and technologies

The site only uses cookies that are essential for it to work. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them. You can change your choices at any time on the Cookies page.

We use no technology that identifies you, locates you or builds a profile of you without your agreement.

Who can access it

Only Fadi Hassoun and Marina Skrabova look at your information. Providers host it for us, under contract and only for that service:

• Vercel, which hosts the website;
• Supabase, which keeps a backup copy of your requests in a data centre in Canada (Montreal);
• Twenty, our client records system, which we use to follow up on your request and which keeps your information in a data centre in Germany (Frankfurt).

Outside Quebec

The website and its database are hosted in Montreal. Your client record, in Twenty, is kept in Germany, and some technical processing may happen in the United States. Before sending it there, we assess whether your information will be adequately protected, as the law requires.

How long we keep it

Three years after our last exchange with you, or longer if the law or the rules of our profession require it (for example, if you become a client). After that, we destroy it securely.

How we protect it

Exchanges with the site are encrypted (HTTPS). The database is not open to the public and only the site’s server can write to it. Access is limited to the people who need it. If a confidentiality incident creates a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the Commission d’accès à l’information.

Your rights

At any time, free of charge, you can:

• ask to see the information we hold about you;
• have it corrected or completed;
• withdraw your consent and ask us to delete it;
• ask to receive it in a structured, commonly used technological format.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
