Dated purchase plan · South Shore
You know when you want to move in. Here’s when everything starts.
Five questions, and we work backwards through every step of your purchase: pre-approval, visits, offer, inspection, financing, notary. You also see how many days sellers in your city are waiting right now, according to Centris.
No prices or home values here, only dates. Choosing the home and negotiating is Fadi and Marina’s job, at your side from the first meeting to the keys.
Frequently asked questions
How are the dates calculated?
We start from your move-in date and work backwards: 60 days between the accepted offer and the notary, 8 weeks of visits and 2 weeks to get the pre-approval. The inspection and the financing are dated from the offer, as in a promise to purchase.
Does the plan commit me to anything?
No. It is free and commits you to nothing. If you ask, Fadi or Marina call you back to adjust it to your situation.
Why start with the pre-approval?
Because it sets your real budget, and an offer backed by confirmed financing reassures a seller who has been waiting for weeks. It is free and usually holds for 90 to 120 days.
What if my date is already close?
The plan tells you: late steps become “As soon as possible”. While sellers are waiting, it is often doable, but it has to start right away.
