Candiac
A town born in 1957, designed from day one as a place to live, by the river.
Candiac is a young town, founded in 1957 and named after the Château de Candiac in France, where the Marquis de Montcalm was born. It was designed as a residential town, with parks and quiet streets.
It has established neighbourhoods of single-family homes and newer areas with townhouses and condos.
Candiac station is the end of the exo train line to downtown Montreal, and highways 15 and 30 meet nearby.

Is the Candiac train practical day to day?
For office hours downtown, often yes: you board at the first stop. Service runs mostly on weekdays at rush hour, so we check that it fits your schedule.
Selling here
In Candiac, buyers look at upkeep and the age of the big items: roof, windows, heating. A clear list of work done, with dates, helps you sell at the right price.
