Chambly is the town of the Richelieu. Stone Fort Chambly has watched over the basin since the early 1700s, and the Chambly Canal runs along the river with a bike path on the old towpath.
Around avenue Bourgogne, the old centre has historic houses, restaurants and terraces. Further out, family neighbourhoods from every era, and homes on the water. The town even gave its name to a beer known far beyond Quebec, brewed here by Unibroue.
